Antique Art Deco Crinoline Lady Porcelain Trinket Box Powder Jar Yellow

An antique Art Deco porcelain trinket box or powder jar dating from around the 1920s–30s, designed as a classic crinoline lady wearing a vibrant yellow ruffled dress and wide-brimmed hat with black bow details. The lower dress forms the storage bowl; the lady herself serves as the removable lid.

Condition

Good antique pre-owned condition. There is no structural cracking, but please note there is one small chip/glaze flake on the edge of the ruffled yellow skirt (showing the white ceramic underneath). There is also some rough, gritty, and uneven bumpy texture to the glaze (glaze roughness / firing imperfections), along with minor age-related surface dirt and light wear to the painted decoration.
